A story of empowerment


Since 2000, Munier Damon, the CEO and founder of Damon At Sons (Pty) Ltd has built A Grade distribution warehouses for the Chiluan Property Group in the Cape Town area.

In 2015 he formed his own company, Damon At Sons Construction, a 100% black-owned company. The company has grown significantly since its establishment, due to the support of specialist property developer Equites Property special enterprise development program.  Through this programme, Equites has supported Damon At Sons Construction in their growth by channelling construction contracts to them.  

In turn, Munier Damon continues to build on this empowerment legacy. Damon at Sons Construction intentionally aims to uplift those from previously disadvantaged backgrounds and to date the entire management team comprises of people of colour.
