Damon At Sons Construction’s journey of empowerment begins with Munier Damon’s journey from industrial construction manager to CEO. In 2015, he founded Damon At Sons Construction, a 100% black-owned industrial construction company, with the support of Equites Property’s Enterprise Development Programme. Since then, the company has grown into a trusted leader in Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Equites Property fuels this growth by channeling construction contracts to Damon At Sons Construction.
Munier started his construction leadership in the early 2000s, gaining extensive experience building A-grade distribution warehouses for the Chiluan Property Group. Today, he continues to build on this empowerment legacy.
Damon At Sons Construction actively uplifts previously disadvantaged individuals. Its management team consists entirely of people of colour, reflecting the company’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and leadership in industrial construction.
